At Manchester Ouds Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.

Returns

You may return unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The item must not have been opened, used, or tested.

  • Proof of purchase must be provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

Where appropriate, we will offer:

  • A replacement product.

  • A refund.

  • Store credit.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened fragrances.

  • Used products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or sale items, unless faulty.

  • Products damaged through misuse or normal wear.

International Orders

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges. These charges are non-refundable.
