Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your UK order has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
For international orders, please allow up to 30 working days from dispatch before reporting a parcel as lost.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or refund following an investigation with the delivery provider.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and products.
We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
