By registering and accepting Manchester Ouds Ltd’s terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that all information and details provided are correct, current, and complete. You agree that you will not use the Website for any criminal, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or in any manner which may cause harm or distress to any third party. If we suspect fraudulent account activity or behaviour, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website at any time without notice.

If you wish to contact us, please email manchesterouds@gmail.com. Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm, except English Bank Holidays. Messages can be left outside office hours. Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we operate an email system, so all emails will be dealt with in the order they are received.

Manchester Ouds Ltd only sells 100% genuine products. We do not sell any fakes or copies. We may occasionally sell damaged items or items without their original packaging and/or lid. This will always be clearly advertised in the product details and does not reflect on the quality of the product.

Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received. Colours on some items, in particular but not limited to cosmetic items, may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.

All stock and prices are subject to availability. Items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout, so please recheck your order before submitting payment.

We accept payment by credit/debit cards, including Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, and by PayPal. Manchester Ouds Ltd will not be liable for any charges or payment processing fees associated with your chosen method of payment, should they apply.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by management.

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. If you have used our Google Translate facility, please note that prices will still be charged in GBP, but may incorrectly display in an alternate currency at points throughout the order process.

Manchester Ouds Ltd does not operate a price-matching policy.

Where applicable, prices shown in Euros (€) and US Dollars ($) are based on an average daily exchange rate. When you add items to your shopping bag, the prices will revert back to GBP (£), as we currently only transact in GBP (£). When your order is processed, the total actually charged may vary depending on the rate of exchange at that time.

Manchester Ouds Ltd does not store any credit or debit card details. All card payments are made through Stripe, which is a secure payment service.

The price of a product shall be as stated on the Website at the time you place your order, except in the case of an obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the incorrect stated price. In this event, we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.

Orders may be subject to extra security checks at our discretion. This may include confirmation of credit/debit card details, PayPal details, or full address details. Manchester Ouds Ltd reserves the right to request payment by an alternative method or cancel any orders if this information cannot be supplied.

In some circumstances, the initial postage prices quoted at the time of order may not be sufficient to cover the actual postage costs. Should this be the case, Manchester Ouds Ltd reserves the right to request payment of the price difference in postage costs before fulfilling and dispatching the order.

Manchester Ouds Ltd reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the billing address only, at the discretion of management.

Manchester Ouds Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or restrict the use of promotional codes and to restrict the use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.

Once an order has been placed, Manchester Ouds Ltd is unable to guarantee that changes to an order can be made before the order is dispatched.

Manchester Ouds Ltd reserves the right to leave blank any gift cards which are deemed to contain offensive or inappropriate language.

If Manchester Ouds Ltd is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable, we will try to offer an alternative item or refund your payment for any items we are unable to supply. Manchester Ouds Ltd will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.

If customs or import duties are charged once the parcel leaves the UK, these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Please notify Manchester Ouds Ltd if your UK order, dispatched by Standard Tracked Delivery, has not arrived after 15 working days. Orders dispatched outside the UK must allow 30 working days. Your parcel may then be deemed missing, and we may offer a replacement or refund. No compensation will be granted in the rare event of non-delivery.

Due to restrictions when shipping certain products to destinations outside mainland UK, additional postage costs may be incurred due to the number of products that can be sent per order. Should this be the case, Manchester Ouds Ltd will contact you before dispatching the order.

We do not supply your details to any third party unless you have given Manchester Ouds Ltd express permission to do so, or where required by law, regulation, or for the fulfilment of your order.

Any complaints should be made by email to manchesterouds@gmail.com. Where possible, we try to acknowledge complaints immediately, but all complaints will be acknowledged within 7 working days. The customer will be informed of all progress.

Manchester Ouds Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, any delay in doing so, or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
